About the Project
The Work. is the theme for my senior show — a celebration of the process, the grind, and everything that goes into making art. The poster concepts were designed to visually communicate that theme in a way that felt bold, personal, and impossible to ignore.
The design direction draws heavily from Pop Art — vivid color, graphic contrast, and a visual language borrowed from advertising and mass media — remixed through a collage aesthetic that layers imagery, texture, and type into something that feels both chaotic and intentional. The collage element reflects the nature of the work itself: pieces of influence, experience, and craft assembled into something new.
The goal was to create a poster that didn't just announce the show but embodied it — something that felt like a piece of work in its own right rather than a promotional afterthought. Bold, unapologetic, and built to make people stop and look.
